A Person whose Soul is in a Sac

I know someone whose soul is in a sack. His/her soul is not inside but outside of his/her body. For fear of wounding his/her soul, s/he cannot leave his/her house. S/he hangs his/her soul in his/her room, and wanders around in the house. S/he does farming and fishing in his/her house. His/her body is connected by a skein to his/her soul in the sac and s/he is trembling with fear lest s/he dies from the string being cut. S/he cannot go out of his/her house that is like a coffin. Like a telephone attached to an invisible wire, s/he is unable to leave the house. Like someone who is into telecommunications, s/he only cares about his/her soul in the sac. S/he is forever nervous that his/her soul might get injured. Consequently, s/he is imprisoned in her house, like a dead person. Like hikikomori.
